Great game. Is the playfield condition something you can live with, ok for a "players game"? Check under the playfield too. Make sure there are no surprises, crusty connections, missing parts. I would ask the seller how many of the missing parts he can supply for the game.
Price is not terrible. A good glass and a nice cabinet are worth something. Sourcing parts will make this an expensive project, and you might not be happy if the playfield is not very good. $250 + $300 board set + $175 displays + ? (your time, paying for someone to fix it up, legs, playfield glass, whatever else).
It is possible, but a nuisance, to swap light boards, (even entire heads), between similar vintage games. Displays and most controlled lamps would match up ok.
