never ship a game until payment clears or you have cash in hand.
when I mean clear, wire clears / check clears etc.
understand now a days, paypal is honestly a crapshoot.
a case can be opened anytime, most people are legit, and feedback helps, just understand there is always a risk.
also paypal sometimes holds big payments 1000 plus to personally review them before they process it.
it usually is removed within 24 hours. I have seen that too before. totally normal but I would not be doing a thing until smoke clears.
EDIT ONE MORE THING
might want to try to sell on here many good people with good reps here.
