I’m putting a NOS playfield into my WOZECLE before I sell it.
The original playfield suffered wear around the pop bumpers from home use. After the playfield was damaged, the previous owner did some rough touchups and put Mylar over the area to protect from further damage (which it did successfully).
Now my question: with the NOS playfield, should I mylar around the pops on day 1? Or should I sell as a brand new non-mylared playfield and let the next owner decide?
I’ll admit that I’m a little concerned about putting the mylar down poorly and ending up with a bubble or having them non-centered. Any tips for applying it? Can you use a wet method like you would with a decal?
