own GOTG , have played met pro a fair amount in past on location and always found it a fun shooter but never really payed much attention to the ease of repeating shots for modes etc. Now with gotg I see some of the shots are a challenge to repeat over and over in the setting of a timed mode, particularly the right ramp ( gemora) and the left orbit.

I know the layouts are basically the same but can anyone comment on the ease of shots between the two? I think gotg might have an extra switch target or two across the playfield?

i think the Rampage Shot is harder than the Cross drop targets

i think the scoop on GOTG is easier than the scoop on MET but both are pretty easy, but i hardly ever miss the GOTG one.

Snake is harder than Orb only because you cant really back hand into the snake and you can easily backhand into orb drop or into the actually target behind it.

put up 7 billion on GOTG the other day and got to save xander and beat it.

nice!!! I can only dream of a score like that!

I assume since you did not mention the ramps they shoot about the same for you?

hmm, ramps are pretty similar imo, right ramp might be a smidge harder on GOTG

Probably way harder with the glass on. I just got one finally and it's on the way, excited to put more time on it!

Ramps are way harder on the newer Sterns - KISS, AS, GOTG - all way harder than Metallica. You can combo Metallica ramps all day, it’s much tougher on GOTG.

Those few MM narrower make a big difference.

well said RD, totally agree.

Both ramps and left orbit without a doubt are tougher on GotG. The biggest difference to me is the Rocket v drops. Rocket is nearly impossible for me to hit on demand. Multiball or random bounce only...aimed shot = fugetaboutit!
