Suddenly amused picturing Pinsider resto police chastising the bartenders.

Oh, there's also a public meeting regarding granting landmark status to the building.
Considering the building turnover in Seattle over the past few years though - don't hold your breath on that one.
Well, according to a post on Reddit:
"I just attended the hearing to nominate the Wayne Apartments for Historical Landmark status. After a standing-room only crowd plead its case for the salvation of the 2224, 2226, and 2228 addresses, the Board unanimously decided to nominate the Wayne Apartments!
The vote to bestow it with said status is October 7. So if you care at all about the preservation of a great neighborhood, please do your due diligence and come show your support!"
