Upstream transistor sounds suspect, Q30 on CPU board. And will probably have to replace this Q3 transistor again too.

Upstream transistor sounds suspect, Q30 on CPU board. And will probably have to replace this Q3 transistor again too.
I have read in Cliffy's pinball repair guide to always replace both the damaged transistor and the upstream transistor. I've done this every time and it works for me, at least
