I am repairing a Midway Rifle Range and the last thing holding me up is someone replaced the recoil solenoid with an automotive door lock solenoid. In the process they seem to have fabricated all new bracketry.
Can someone take a picture of this mech in a shooter? It should be easy to access, just open the coin door and take a picture of the gun base. This is my first shooter, so I don’t have anything else as a reference and I can’t find any pictures online.

Which EM shooting game is it?
Depending on the year and manufacturer there have been many different types and designs used over the years.
I own 8 or 9 EM shooting games and although the principal is largely similar, the mechanisms can vary quite a bit.
Operators back in the day had a tendency to disconnect or even pull the recoil mechanism out of these. Think about it in an arcade setting where that gun was getting fired constantly all day by kids. These things would really overheat in a commercial setting.
