I would say there are likely no professional services that know how to properly pack up a pinball machine but I'm sure many will say I am wrong and I likely am. I have had a machined shipped fully set up (if the head folds, have it folded down and strapped with a towel under it so it doesn't rub against the siderails) and it went absolutely fine and was nice - much better than taking the risk of having them pack it right IMO if the buyer can't do it.
