Aloha,
Anyone have any experience shipping pinball machines to Hawaii? I could use a good reference for residential pickup, packaging, and drop off at a reasonable air/ocean freight company.
Thanks so much,
z

Update: I found a responsive, helpful, and very reasonable company that's going to ship a machine for me from the L.A. area to Hawaii Island for $700, ocean freight. This price includes pickup at the seller's residence (pre-palleted), and drop-off at the port near me.

I'll update again once the transaction has been completed. I'm posting this to save someone else the trouble I went through today of spending about 12 hours calling around trying to get a reasonable rate.
Hope this helps

Quoted from noopy:You can probably ship it air from LAX for ~$500 with these guys but packing and drop off would be on you. https://www.alohaaircargo.com/
@noopy
I think I tried these guys, but wasn't able to find the deal/price I was hoping for. The $700 tag I mentioned above was the best I found.
Thanks for jumping in on this thread.
