Thinking of buying a pin in Missouri and having it shipped to Illinois. I used NAVL once (on my very 1st pin purchase) and was just wondering if the are still the recommended company? I did a search to try and find there number and saw some horror stories. Any advice is appreciated.
Also if anyone knows roughly how much it costs that would be great. Thanks.
