Lowes and HD won't work because of the mileage (~300) and/or time involved. Unless they have some deal other than what's on their web sites.

Enterprise and all other places that rent vans in Vermont have terrible rates and no specials, at least in my experience. It's not like living in most places with a lot more competition, and it's one of the reasons I now own a pin hauler.

OP, did you check out Turo? I think the Sienna minivan is the best and cheapest choice, and should be be around $70 including paying for the extra miles.

The description says the seats fold down into the floor, so you should be fine.
