I'd offer to help myself, as I'm near Goffstown and have family near Burlington but like you don't have the car for pins and don't know when I'm getting up there next.
However, if you think of shipping, you're going to be out a few hundred. You'd also be buying a pin blind, and if you're new to the hobby, should probably be inspecting a major purchase like this before getting it.
My advice would be to take a day and rent an Enterprise truck or cargo van. You can usually get one for less than $100 and make a day trip out of it. You'll be able to inspect the machine, bring it straight back to your house, and probably save a lot of time and money vs. shipping.
