I admit to punching glass before and if it did break ever it would be a real bitch! Luckily I've only did in a handful of times on glass I know won't break I shouldn't do it though but I'm just so angry at family guy! And AC/DC when I couldn't just get that one last shot! I've seen many guys at my leauges punch glass hard as hell and suprised sometimes it doesn't just crack alittle so tempered is a good thing.

On topic this is crazy I would be holding the shipping company fully acountable for this. And I agree with Whysnow I would give them higher quotes so you actually get back what it mite cost if they try and settle for a lower price. It takes time to do this and time is money I'm sure the buyer wanted to setup and play now he's burdurned with repair work come on its worth alittle extra! I don't mind lying to insurance because they try and usualy rip you off and give your the short stick stand your ground they'll try their best to not pay for anything while collecting money from you afterall that's how they get so big.
