First of all..
This is Luan wood paneling.
What game is this? This will help.
The wood paneling is crap to begin with.
So, an upgrade is in your future. And, as Vid said., claim will be near impossible.
I know, Vid Knows, we have been down this road.
I have done 2 of these. Replaced the whole bottom piece. One for water damage, the other busted like yours.
It's not that bad of fix. Just looks Intimidating.
