New flipper mechanism coil stops will help with the buzzing when you hold the flipper up, but I've never seen it completely eliminated. It really doesn't hurt anything as far as I can tell, more like sympathetic vibrations.
Thin plastic shims wedged under the hold relay works, don't ask me how I know.
