Been having an intermittent issue with this game. If I can win one or more extra balls, when the ball drains and kicks out; the ball count unit will deduct a ball and the AAb stepper will deduct one wow...
I have adjusted and cleaned the switches on the stepper. It still happens 1st game if I haven't played the machine for a few hours. If i manually add a few balls or just actuate the stepper back and forth a few times the problem disappears.
Seems to me (see wiring diagram) it is the NC switch just before the subtract ball count unit coil. But the contacts are wide open. Will test with a DMM...

There was 2x springs that were missing years ago and have been replaced. I didn't even notice that there

Thanks Dave. I have checked those switches and all looks good.

Dave you were exactly right. Everything was cleaned and adjusted except the moving side of the switch was not springing back far enough, so the switch gap was too small.
Thanks for your help! Problem solved.

Still having issues with this and I want to order a spring kit from PBR.
KT-GSTEP-01 spring kit is for a replay unit. Is this the same as a ball count / AAB stepper?
