I am wanting to buy a new back glass from Shay Arcade Group.
I have called them several times and sent e-mails, have not had a response.
Has anyone had any contact with them recently?

Be patient and don't hound him is my best advice. He's got a real job and sometimes it takes him a while to respond.
Edit- make that be real patient.
He really needs to have someone else handle the pinball glass business for him. He's understandably way too busy with his real job, but it's starting to hurt his reputation among pinball hobbyists. I've heard several similar stories, and have myself been patiently waiting for a backglass that was supposed to be ready by last year's Pinfest show.

Amazingly, it arrived just today! Very nice quality. He does great work.
It's a royal pain though to remove the residual adhesive from the front of the glass after you peel off the packing tape. There's gotta be a better way!
