Any luck in your search? It seems that finding these Game Plan MPU replacements is impossible now. Just curious
I ended up fixing my board and getting it to boot before I ever saw an led flash... then fixed the transistor that switched said LED. GP boards are not too bad to work on but if there's serious battery rot it'll be a challenge.
