So I have a shaker motor on the way and I wanted to know which of these two machines (SM or LOTR LE) I should install it in. Which one, in your opinion, is the better choice (i.e. makes more of an impact) and why?

I know, I should buy another one and put them in both, but for the time being, which would you choose?

I have both, I'd vote for SM. Also, in my case I don't want all of my pins to have shakers. Sort of diminishes the "special" factor if every pin has it, IMO.

I would probably put it in the SM as well. I've played both with a shaker installed and I thought that it made more of a noticeable impact on SM.

I have both and would pic SM. I like have shakers in all games that can have them. I have shakers in my SM,IM,LOTR,BDK,TRON LE,AFM,MM,IJ and will have it in my Transformers LE.

Dude,You spent all that EXTRA money to get a LOTR Limited Edition with the wiring and code to have a shaker motor . It would be foolish not to put it in The LOTR L.E.Spider-MAN can wait. That being said.If some how you Did not buy the LORD of the RINGS L.E. and got the code for the regular LOTR then you still spent time screwing around trying to get the code from some one so I still say LOTR. Peace!!

I have a SM and just sold a LOTR LE, both of which have/had shakers.

I'm going against the grain here, and I'd definitely put it in LOTR over SM. It's better suited to LOTR imo.
