I have a shadow that is driving me nuts, i followed clays guides , but i cant figure this out. u20 pin 18 has 0v instead of 12 v with all playfield connectors removed all other lines pins 11-17 show 12v on the 2803 chip. i removed the chip and confirmed this as per clays guide. the 12v is at the top of the associated resistor , but the resistor tests good. i went a little furher upstream and replaCED the 74hc4514 with no luck.
The sympton is column 1 every switch triggers a row short , all the way down the column but every other column works fine.
Has anyone else encountered this?
