I added a Lepai amp and 8" sub to my shadow pin and tapped off the J6 aux out to get sound before it went thru the crossovers. It all seemed good in theory except the pin sound and amp volume have to be turned up all the way to hear anything and its still too quiet to hear during gameplay. As in, there is barely any sound.
Did i go about this the wrong way? How to troubleshoot?
It worked ok before I started messing with it.
Thanks

I would not expect the aux out to be amplified but the schematic isn't in the manual at IPDB.

The ideal way to connect it is make sure your amp impedance matches the impedance of the existing system, then drive all of the speakers from your new amp.

That's what i am trying to do. I don't believe i want the signal amplified because the Lepai amp is doing that. I needed the sound signal from somewhere and that place on the sound board was the only place my searches came up with.
