I believe you are talking about F116 (12VSecondary) aka unregulated +12V. This voltage is used all over the machine, while mostly optos (including flipper optos) it's also used to power DC motors via the motor control board; this voltage is also frequently used by mods including ColorDMD. First step in isolating this issue is to remove any mods powered by +12V at (J116, J117, and J118)
