Also if the wiring issue doesn't pan out, try this...put the game in diagnostics mode and go the mini pf test, before doing the test move the paddle back and forth by hand first if it's hard or stuck you found the issue, see if you can release it, then see if it moves with the flipper buttons. There is white plastic gear strip on the front of the mini pf..if the teeth break it will hang up the motor.
