Shadow adding balls during gameplay

shadow is adding an extra ball sometimes at intitial ball launch and some times during game play. put in new balls

we had another shadow available , so we have switched out the trough opto boards as well as the opto board with the same behavior
not sure what else to check

Switch matrix issue the row or column the ball jam opto is on. Switch wired wrong, diode on backwards, a short to switch lugs or wires. Ball jam opto is the last one a ball goes by going up to the shooter lane.

makes sense as the playfield was stripped down and clear coated and reassembled, just have to hunt it down now
