So I haven't been able to find anything about this in my googling. I had a shaker installed in my X-men LE and everything was great. I installed a ColorDMD LCD according to the directions (route the power to the front right of cabinet), and now the shaker does not work. I plugged in the old DMD and the shaker worked, so I am not sure what I did wrong with the install. These seem to be pretty common mods for X-men LE so I feel like I am missing something. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you have to unplug anything from that 3 pin power source before you were able to plug in the color DMD harness? I can't recall if SAM shaker motors use that power source or not.

No. The shaker had its own power on the left side of the cab.
