I brought an old beat-up/rusty Street Fighter II back from the grave. Yes, I know I put too much money into it, but it was more for the System 3 learning experience.
Anyway, I cannot for the life of me get the Car Crunch flipper to activate, and Chun Li to spin.

Things I've done in relation to these two issues.
- Replaced all relays and relay switches in the game. Both items didn't work before I replaced them, and still don't work.
- Swapped out all fuses with new ones.

Things I haven't done
- Replaced the optical chip deal for the car crunch area.
- Haven't replaced the motor on the spinner. Was hoping to save that option for last, but I seem to be there.

When doing the system test, I get Switch 15 for the car crunch saying it failed. I've replaced every coil/relay I can think of and still don't know why I get that.
Don't get any errors related to the spinner.
