Quoted from JethroP:Sorry, but I don't know what Standard Solid-State electronics troubleshooting techniques are, nor do I know what Bally Field Order 501A is.
I would learn them in order to be able to properly troubleshoot and repair Solid State electronic devices. Junior college or higher as well as trade schools are a good place.
I have a typo, I meant Field Order 561. This is a module troubleshooting guide for your machine. One was included with your machine when it was new. Find a copy on IPDB or buy on fleabay etc.
