Hello again all, I'm considering cleaning this up and wanted to see if anyone could please advise me on the best way or if this potential solution would work. I have owned a re-import Getaway for 13 years and am considering adding a service plug and new AC power cord. I spotted a setup for a Funhouse for sale here but I'm not certain if I can swap this out in my machine. The seller has been very helpful but he isn't sure if it would work. Thank you in advance for your help.

Funhouse is older than Getaway. So that linked box may or may not work.

So your power cord has had the plug replaced at one time. No big deal. I'd leave it alone.

However, you do need a service outlet in the power box and this one will directly snap in:

Then you wire it in according to the WPC schematics.

Can you post a picture of wiring when you are done? My Getaway was also a reimport. I bought the new service outlet but have not wired it in. Thanks
