I have a Bally/Midway Escape From The Lost World machine that I bought a little over a year ago. I was told when I bought it that it had come from a former Bally employee and was a test prototype. The playfield has some extra switches under the normal play areas that aren't even accessible by the ball while in play, as well as some of the colors being different on the playfield. The cabinet is a plain black cabinet with no artwork, but it has a Bally's Aladdin's Castle property tag. In the paperwork that came with it was this warehouse card. Does this card mean anything, like S/N 00001?

That plaque is a property tag from the Aladdin's Castle arcade.

It looks like at least one other game has a similar paper label:

Later games appear to have backbox artwork, and the number is stamped above the bally name on that artwork.

Thank you Force, that's what I was looking for. The story I was told sounded cool, but I didn't really have any way to corroborate it. The more I've looked at the machine and paperwork, the more legitimate I think it is. The manual is red stamped "preliminary" as well, but I've seen other people mention having manuals like that so it didn't sound like anything too special.

That cabinet is from a Party Animal or Hardboody with the bally artwork peeled off.
