I have been trying to send a gift of money on Paypal this morning, and it gets to a point of selecting a "card" to send along with the money, but it never completes selecting a card, and therefore processing the money. I have sent several times before and never ran into this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?
I was just able to complete on my phone...thanks!!

Same thing with eBay. It will lock up my PC so I whip out the phone and finish the transaction.
