"why are you selling" is a pretty legitimate question especially when buying something big ticket
Imagine thinking of buying a house and you ask the Agent "why are they selling"
Good answers would be
"the kids are all gone and we're down sizing"
or
"we've out grown it and need a bigger place"
Bad answers would be
"the walls are bleeding"
or
"mole people have breached the basement walls"
