Either it's for sale or it's not. Acting like it's not, when it clearly is, for some perceived upper hand in the negotiations is annoying. If you truly don't want to sell it then don't even bother with the ad.
Hmm, not sure about that, or maybe there should be a separate forum. There are many pinballs which do not move in enough volume to really assess an accurate price. If someone is on the fence about selling one of these, I think it is perhaps mostly fear of price police. I'd still like to know if they are tentatively thinking of selling if the price is right, testing the waters, see what people will offer.. as a buyer, I'd rather wade through this, than not know about a tentative sale at all.
