I have this problem with my A13 display (see pictures). I goes from dead to this to full

This happened suddenly but I had worked on the powerboard before for a flasher problem that is now solved.

My software readings:

-110V: -113V
-98V: -93V
68V: 67,9V
5V: 5V
12V: 5V

Are my top 2 voltages out of spec for the display to have this behaviour? Or do I have a problem with my display driver board (the one on the back of the display?) Or display bad?
The 5V connector on the display driver board is already soldered on by the previous owner.

I wiggled flat cables (the big one and the small one at both ends each time), power connectors, ... resoldered cn2 at the display powerboard.. no difference

Tested the display in another machine..same problem there... so display is dead.

With another display in the A13, it works again and the voltages are back in spec

-110V: -112V
-98V: -100V (so a 12V difference from the above which is important)
...

As described in pinrepair, it is normal that the voltages are 20V different instead of 12V when the display is disconnected or bad.
