I have a SEGA Star Wars Trilogy machine that is blowing the F21 fuse. Curious if anyone else had has this issue?

The ground on BR3 only tones out for continuity in one direction??? All the others bridge rectifiers tone to ground both directions. This can’t be normal???

So I’m a little confused since they all show a ground connect except BR3 when I reverse it.

Quoted from zaza:

On page 107 of your manual you could have seen that the 2nd bridge is not connected to GND

So today I unplugged the J6 connector and the fuse didn’t blow. I didn’t see anything blown on the board. I’m looking at the schematic now, it appears to the brown/red wire, which isn’t a ground on the playfield side.

I believe that’s for the flipper magnets.

Quoted from pinmike:

Ok 3A 250V Slo blo For coils but does not state which coils it is??..if you look at the bottom of that page it states left and right flippers are the same 3A 250V slo blo.

F21 fuse blows unless - J8 is unplugged.

And the answer is Q2 transistor is bad. Hoping my parts store has it in stock. Also found a bad diode on the ball launch. Will be fixed soon!!
