Tested 5 volts at MPU(reads 5.25) and doesn't appear to fluctuate when activating the flippers.
When the game resets all diagnostic LEDs on the boards stay lit except for the blanking LED which turns off and then back on.
I have reseated every connector and ribbon cable as well as any socketed chips on the board. Boards were professionally repaired two years ago for the same issue. Thanks in advance.
I had the same issue and it was the power driver board. I had issues with a brand new rottendog board that reset in the same way. I swapped it with a known good sega/stern board and it fixed the problem.
