I'm working on a Space Jam that was all but dead when I received it, just some general illumination. Initially only the 5 volt led was lighting up on the driver board then I found a 8 amp slow blow fuse (F22) to be blow. After replacing this blow fuse the game now just flashes all the controlled lamps. Each time it flashes the playfield I notice the blanking led on the driver board flashes in sync. I also never get anything on the dot matrix display. I read where disconnecting the dmd helps to troubleshoot but it didn't make a difference. I also read where Bridge 21 can also cause this issue. I replaced Bridget 21 and it still does the exact same thing. I confirmed all the input voltages from the transformer at J17 but the issues still continues. I will add that the batteries were corroded on the cpu board. It does not look like they dripped onto the lower socketed chips below but 2 resistors and 2 caps to the left of the battery holder look like that have some damage. Any advice what I should check next?
Thanks
Rick
