I need one of the red square plastic standup target(s) on a Sega Lost In Space.
It's the right one in the center bank of three. It has the push on 2 wire connector at the base.
I don't even have a manual and the one on IPDB is missing those pages so I can't even get a P/N. Sorry..
Anyone know who carries these?
Also the red flasher domes and a new plastics set would be ideal (pushing my luck with that one !)

Does it go here: http://ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=4442&picno=21440

Its a modular switch. If just the target is broken you can buy just a new target though I don't have the PN handy. Here's the whole assembly from Marco:

Thanks! I need the black housing, the target is fine. The housing cracked at the (2) mounting screws and dropped into the game.
In the pic you linked to the playfield, you can't really see the 3 bank in that pic (blue ramp blocks view).

I think I saw the yellow lollipop assy on sale for $7.95 so maybe I can move the red target onto that one?

I have a bunch of Sega machines, and have had to replace those on a bunch of them. Starship Troopers has like 20...lol.

Sorry - I misread your original post - I thought you meant the right bank. You mean the right target in this photo:

Yes, the P/N above is correct. It's a modular standup target that was supposed to make it easier for ops to repair when a target broke. Unfortunately, while Stern sells either the entire assembly or just the target, they don't sell just the switch actuator/black plastic housing for the target because in their words, "History has shown that the actual switch housing unit (the black casing containing the Switch Actuator & Micro-PCB) has had little to no failures."

I've had the same issues you've had and had to buy the entire assembly.

Anyway, everything you ever wanted to know about the modular targets including part numbers:

Yes. That's the target! Marco has them so I'm ordering a few spares.
Any idea who has the red flasher domes? Marco seems to not even list them.

I can't tell in the IPDB pic if the right target is the slim (500-6138-02) or a 1" Square target?
The one I took out that was broke was a 1" square.
Anyone have a manual to verify what target size those three are supposed to be PLEASE?
I have not yet received the LIS manual from the prior owner.

The good news is that Marco has the slim rectangle, square and large rectangular one.

Looks like the large rectangular one to me:

You mean these domes?

I really think it's the 1"square one I need. That's what came out.
No, those aren't the right red domes. The ones I need fit into the plastics with a notched cutout and turn into place to lock.

Unfortunately I do not have a LIS or manual. Going forward someone with those will have to help you.

The nice lady Shannon at Marco got a LIS manual out and looked it up. It needs (2) 1" Square Red Targets and (1) Slim 5/8" Red Target.

My LIS had the opposite. (2) Slims and (1) 1" Square.

Thanks for the help!

It doesn’t show how to disassemble the target. I’m having a hard time getting mine apart and I don’t want to break it. Can’t seem to find info on that anywhere, even the manual doesn’t say.

Never mind, I figured it out. You have to hold the target button in while sliding the case open.
