Yup. My Jurassic Park is "Tri Ball Ready" automatically on ball 3. My LAH is "M-Ball Ready" on ball 3. My Frankenstein isn't as obvious, but does automatically say "Lock is Lit" on ball 3 so that you're one shot away from starting up a Multiball.

Someone is rewriting JP's code to take this out, but I'm not aware of any other way to turn it off or change it on the games. I'm pretty sure that even if you have it on 5 ball, that they are all auto lit on ball 3.

I'm doing a little pin golf tournament this weekend as a trial run for my mom's birthday bash pin golf tournament in a few weeks. At each gathering there's basically 5 people at random levels of even being exposed to pinball machines plus me/husband. I'm trying to make an easy version and a hard version, and working around the auto multiball is a bit of a pain. These are just fun at-home competitions with candy bars for prizes, so I can see it being a major turnoff for any real competitions. I predict we'll have fun though.
