Or the flipper when pressed in it is sticking in a bit to long or that flipper EOS switch might be stuck/sticking/staying in the activate position when flipper button is pressed in to hard and not releasing quickly

Ok I just took a look at your flipper board and the CN2 holding the one for male header pins.The back side of that board for that connector(12 pin) looks like there’s been some work done there and might need some work like reflow of fresh solder or could be a bad trace(Look at the first pin) looks like a bit of burnt
