Can anyone help with schematics of the LED DMD by Stern. Type 520-5052-05.

It is not. Because the red LED displays was a Euro only substitute for the plasma displays.
But now you mention it. They were later replaced by orange displays. And they maybe became standard for all markets. And maybe they were added to the manual. And maybe it is the same design (components). The build quality on the early red ones is shit.
What game is it in?
The red LED display came standard in GOT, GB and WWE for worldwide shipping, not just for overseas. I do not have any of those games, so I don't have a user manual to look to see if any of those have a schematic.
I have read that someone found transistors that shorted and locked on columns of dots. You can test those across the top of row of transistors to see if that is the case. Stern may give you a part number if you call them or email them, if it is not listed in the manual, or they may sell them to you. Though, being overseas, not sure if a distributor could also help with tracking down parts/numbers.
An entire row of dots is out. And it is likely that "8550" transistor from my troubleshooting. It is just bloddy frustrating to not have the schematics for this. Besides I struggle to find the exact "8550" type of this.
Have looked at dozens of Stern manuals. And there is no documentation of this. It is like the display was just a minor component used in the game. Slobby.
Try an internet search for S8550 SMD transistor. What is 'local' for me, may not be for you overseas.

I reached out to support recently for my own issue and was sent these.
I hope I'm not stepping on any toes but there isn't any writing on the schematics or the email to say that I shouldn't share them. So hopefully these can help others down the road as well.

I guessing the original post was from the time that stern used pindmd boards in their euro games. I think stern started manufacturing their own soon after.
