Comet, order a few of different kinds and see what you like for specific games and your style. I usually use the frosted but I just redid a Taxi and used the clear non-ghosting in the inserts because I wanted it to look bright in my dark basement to mix it up and try something new. I'd honestly experiment with some and see what you like on a game by game basis. Maybe not the direct answer you wanted but it's your game and you have to be the one to see it and play it so do what you want!
