Congrats on your new game! The very first thing to do is check fuses,
replace any that are blown and be certain they are the correct values.

Next, assuming it won't boot, check supply voltages at the CPU board.
Especially 5v as it needs to be close. And of course look for battery damage.

As mentioned, Stern electronics are a copy of Bally so a copy of
the Bally troubleshooting guide would be very useful.
