I had a game shipped to me by them recently. After they knocked the game over and broke the glass they called me to see if I still wanted the game. I said yes and after receiving it put in a claim for the cost of a replacement glass. After 30 days I received a check for the full cost I claimed.
Guess it would have been hard to claim prior damage after admitting they knocked it over.
