Same thing happened to us. We had a total loss claim with STI. I recieved a letter saying STI policy on a total loss is 65% of the value of the game.
We got $650 in total. Which was only a couple hundred more than we paid for shipping.. much less the game.
Michelle was 'looking into it' and we never heard back.
We were lucky in that it was a cheap game. I couldn't imagine shipping a 5-7k game with them.. getting it destroyed.. and getting 65%
