Went to work on my Secret Service the other night only to discover that it won't boot. No LEDs light up on the MPU, but GI comes on, along with a constant humming sound. It also occasionally makes a high pitched wailing/screeching sound (I'm sure my neighbors found that to be lovely at 9:00 at night) This happened twice before - once when I first set the game up, and again the other night. The first time it seemed to solve itself when I opened the backbox door to examine the MPU and turned the game back on. The second time it suddenly booted after I let out my inner Italian and gave the backbox a gentle but firm smack. Unfortunately, I can no longer get it to boot at all.

I have tried checking all molex connectors and reseating all of the connectors on the MPU and power supply, but to no avail. Disconnecting the sound board does not prevent either the hum or screeching sound. I have a video of the issue in the link below (but no screeching sound). Has anybody else ever had this issue, or something similar? Thanks! Oh, and sorry for the crappy camera movement on my part.
