I'm almost done getting a Secret Service pin back to its former glory but running into one issue. Anytime I start a game and get instant 2 ball, whenever the first ball drains it ends that ball and starts calculating the bonus. I've tested the 3 trough switches they all seem to work properly and the game works fine when you miss the instant 2 ball shot. So I'm fairly confused. I've got a new rottendog board in for the mpu if that makes a difference. Any help would be much appreciated.

Anyone have an idea of where I could start looking?

I know everyone was on the edge of their seat with this one. So just in case someone else has this issue, check the two switches under the ball lock ramp/under the White House. That's where my issue was, switch one wasn't registering so the game would immediately launch the locked ball. Once the switch was working, it would hold the locked ball until the 5 stand ups were knocked down and then it would begin instant 2 ball.
