This is a lame question...
Most modern games use t-nuts or lock nuts on threaded posts that go through the playfield. The threaded post that holds the star post on the right side of the center bank of my Seawitch just broke...leaving the bottom part of the thread still stuck into the playfield. On the underside is just a metal nub. Apparently I've never had to fix one of these before because I'm not sure what to do or how this is held in place.
Do I just pound it out from above with a hammer and awl? Do I pry it loose from below with a flathead?
What's going on here? Don't want to mess up my ability to have the replacement post stick in place.
