Does anyone here have a scan (or better yet cameo or vector art) for an early ss Stern apron? I’m working on a Seawitch, but the scan doesn’t have to be from Seawitch since there were a number of games with the same apron, just different colors.

Yes. I have scans and cameo cut files for diy vinyl stencils. Happy to share if you want them.
