Hi all,

I am wonder what the alternative transistor for the SE9402 transistors is, now that the SE9402 is a discontinued item?
Also, any directions on where to purchase the alternative.

Cheers.

A Se9402 is a PNP, a TIP102 is NPN.

Am I missing something?

I should have elaborated on my first post:
The part he *should* be using is a TIP102. SDU-100 uses all NPN power transistors - SE9302 and not SE9402.

Proper transistor replacement for an SE9302 is TIP102 and proper replacement for SE9402 is TIP107.

Looks like TIP102 is correct.
Thanks for the help on this one.
