Just a heads up if any pinsiders are thinking about going to the Expo this year.
Just called the hotel direct and got a sweet deal at $119.00 plus taxes a night during the show at the Westin (where the show is). Included is a Club room and breakfast, so yeah pretty sweet deal. Thanks to the Expo folks for getting a deal for us, be sure to mention you're attending the show for the great rate.

Shows seems like it more for people who collect and repair machines rather than for people who just want to play some pinball. I'd love to go just because it is in Chicago, but it seems odd that the games room isn't open during the day on two of the days of the event. As someone who doesn't collect or repair pinball or arcade machines (because of financial reasons), would I really enjoy going to expo just to play the machines?
We'd love to see you too John!! The family wouldn't enjoy going?
